A comprehensive first appointment including medical history, physical assessment with orthopaedic, neurological and movement testing, diagnosis and an explanation of findings.
Treatment can be included during the appointment when clinically suitable and with your consent.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily during assessment.
Under 16s must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Follow-up Treatment
30 minutes | £50
Your treatment plan is tailored to your assessment and goals and can include:
spinal and joint manipulation
mobilisation techniques
soft tissue massage and dry needling
personalised home exercises or gym-based rehabilitation
